• Designs at 300 dpi, for highest quality print.
• Accepted file types: .jpg, .png, .ai, .ps, .eps, .pdf.
• If sending .psd, .ai, or .eps, if design layers are intact send on details of font assets. 
• Use CMYK format, not RGB. 
• Our Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF templates are set to CMYK.
• Remove inner circle, otherwise your badge will have a circle on it.
• We can email you a PDF sample before we pop it.

Once design details are finalised and everything looks great, we'll make your badges quickly. 

• Small orders take 1-2 working days. 
• 500 badges may take 3 working days. 
• We can let you know current turnaround times when you order. 
• Express Service badges are popped first. 
• Courier service available.
